How do our prebuy plans work? We offer two plans, a prepayment plan and a budget plan. We offer plans for #2 fuel oi only. These are fixed price plans. You will never pay more or less than the agreement price. To signup for any of our plans we require that you have a delivery account setup with us and that you sign a prebuy agreement.
