Terms and Conditions This program may be canceled or changed at any time without prior notice. Prepayment Cash Discount Pricing (PCDP) is subject to change based on time/day of delivery. This program cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. In the event of a change in PCDP, the quoted PCDP remains in effect for the scheduled delivery. This program is on #2 Fuel Oil only. An established delivery account is required for participation in this plan. Accounts with an outstanding balance are not eligible for this program. Prepayment is defined as payment of funds, as a credit, onto the delivery location’s primary account in the form of cash, authorized and completed ACH or “cleared” check. A check will take no less than 72 hours to clear our bank and release funds for availability on PCDP. Delivery drivers will not accept payment at time of delivery. An ACH authorization form must be on file to use the ACH payment method (authorization form may be signed/collected by delivery driver prior to commencing the delivery at the location). Credit funds, excluding earned credit, on the delivery account may be used towards the PCDP program. A credit fund must satisfy the before mentioned payment form requirement. Payment, in full, is required to satisfy PCDP; should the credit fund be less than the PCDP requirement, additional funds must be applied to the account. A minimum delivery of 100 gallons is required for PCDP. A “fill” will not protect PCDP if the fill does not meet the minimum delivery requirement of 100 gallons. Automatic customers are subject to the minimum delivery requirement but must fill their tank. Automatic customers who opt to not fill their tank on PCDP will be removed from the automatic delivery program. A minimum of 48 hours will be provided to notify the customer that we will be delivering in their area. The customer must provide authorization (and payment) for delivery during this 48-hour notice period. Every reasonable effort will be made to notify the customer that we will be in the area and to provide information on this PCDP program. Regardless of notification, it remains the customer’s responsibility to notify our customer service department (and make payment) that they wish to take part in the PCDP for each PCDP delivery offered.
