We will be participating with the Maine HEAP program. The Maine State Housing Authority is requiring oil companies to offer discounts to HEAP recipients. Due to this new legislation, some oil companies in the area are no longer accepting HEAP funds. Mount Blue Oil is, at this time, accepting new HEAP customers in the Wilton and Farmington areas ONLY. Our current HEAP customers will not be effected by this decision and will continue to receive service.
